工作职责:

1.服务现有客户,开发新客户(客户包括CM/EMS代工厂,OEM工厂,ODM工厂);

2.和客户保持长期紧密联系,尤其是主要管理人员和采购决策人员;

3.及时处理客户现货询价、长期订货询价,按时报价满足客户的短期缺料紧急需求和长期PPV需求(长单订货需求);

4.独立负责订单处理、出货、RMA等交易;

5.向客户介绍公司的独特优势和特有服务,实现长期合作的目标;

6.持续改进业绩,提高销售利润,扩大业务范围

工作要求;

1.全日制大专及以上学历;

2.至少1年以上电子元器件销售工作经验,有IC销售经验和知名授权代理商/混合分销商/独立分销商/贸易商工作经验优先;

3.擅长交际沟通,善于表达,性格积极进取;敢于接受挑战,能承受工作压力,能适应长三角出差;

4.熟悉办公软件如PowerPoint,Excel,熟练使用Excel公式;

5.具备团队精神。

Job Description:

To be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining the customer relationships for building the long term businesses and winning regular orders, to handle the whole process from RFQs to shipments.

Responsibilities

1 To follow up and manage the existing customers/accounts, develop new customers which include CM/EMS, OEM, ODM;

2 To maintain the long term and closing relationships with customers especially the senior management staff and purchasing decision makers;

3 To handle and follow up the spot buy RFQs, lead time buy RFQs in time, quote on time always to satisfy the customer short term stock/spot demands and PPV demands in long term;

4 To independently handle the PO and S0, including shipments, RMA and etc;

5 To introduce the strengths, advantages and unique services of Advanced MP Technology to customers, for realizing the goal of long term business;

6 To continuously improve the performances, increase gross profit and expend the business territories.

Requirements:

1 University Degree is required

2 Excellent spoken & written English and mandarin are required;

3 At least 1 years electronic components sales experience, the IC sales experience and work experience in international independent distributors/brokders are preferred;

4 Effective communication and presentation skills, aggressive and initiative personality, willing of taking challenges, can work under pressure,

5 Familiar with Office software such as Powerpoint, Excel, skilled at using Excel formulas.
